The Music Ministry of St. Anthony’s is a dynamic and growing ministry. Parishioners of all ages who enjoy singing share the gift of song during the Sunday Eucharist and at special liturgies and Holy Days.
A. English Choir
This Choir meets on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Church for practice. The English Choir provides the music for the 10:30 AM Mass on Sundays and for special seasonal liturgies.
B. Spanish Choir
This Choir meets on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Church for practice. The Spanish Choir provides the music for the 9:00 AM Mass on Sundays and for special seasonal liturgies.
C. Children’s Choir
This Choir meets during their catechism program, usually from September through May. The children provide the music for the Children’s Liturgies, usually once a month.
D. Youth Choir
The Youth Choir members will perform in special events with two rehearsals prior. Dates vary.
E. Cantors
Cantor’s rehearsals are usually after the choir practice or can be scheduled at their convenience. All singers are welcome.
F. Instruments
Instruments will play along with choirs, accompanying the singing congregation. From time to time they will play instrumental interludes.
